Ashwath Singh
Director & Principal Consultant
Ashwath Singh is a seasoned leadership professional with nearly 22 years of experience across Human Resources, Training, Placement, government liaisoning, and project facilitation. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad (2004 batch), he brings a rare blend of strategic insight, policy understanding, and execution excellence.
He has held several high-impact roles, including Ex–National Head at NSDC, where he coordinated skill development initiatives across all Indian states. His advisory and consulting engagements include NSDC, MSME, and HR Advisor roles with state governments such as Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, Jharkhand, and Madhya Pradesh.
Mr. Singh has also served as Innovation Advisor to the Hon’ble Minister of Road Transport & Highways and as Ex–General Secretary, Anti-Corruption Bureau India, under the leadership of Hon’ble Mr. M. S. Bitta.
With strong working relationships across IAS officers, central and state ministries, and regulatory bodies PAN India, he has successfully facilitated greenfield projects, industry setups, and large-scale infrastructure initiatives. His expertise plays a critical role in ensuring seamless approvals, strategic stakeholder coordination, and timely execution for complex projects.

Rishi Gurbaxani is an accomplished operations and administration leader with nearly 22 years of experience managing large-scale organizational processes and teams. He has worked with renowned organizations such as Aditya Birla Group and Maruti Suzuki India, gaining deep exposure to operational excellence, compliance, and process optimization.
Known for his hands-on leadership style and execution focus, he drives efficiency, cost optimization, and operational stability across the organization. His expertise ensures smooth day-to-day operations while supporting scalable growth and performance excellence.
Er. Rasmita Tripathy
Technical & Academic Advisor
Er. Rasmita Tripathy is a distinguished academic and technical professional with 12 years of teaching experience in Civil and Structural Engineering. She completed her M.Tech from NIT Rourkela (2012) and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at KIIT University.
As an Advisor to PlacementOdisha Skill Academy, she brings strong research-driven insights, curriculum design expertise, and academic leadership. Her contributions significantly enhance training quality, curriculum relevance, and industry alignment, ensuring that learners receive modern, technically strong, and industry-ready education.
Her guidance reinforces the academy’s commitment to quality technical education, practical exposure, and skill development for aspiring engineers across Odisha.

Er. Mihir Ku. Brahma is a social impact leader, engineer, educator, and entrepreneur committed to community development and inclusive growth. He holds a B.Tech and Master’s degree, with professional experience spanning engineering, academics, corporate roles, and social initiatives.
In 2013, he founded the Sainath Educational & Charitable Trust, leading impactful programs in education support, skill development, humanitarian relief, environmental sustainability, and child welfare. He also serves as Joint Secretary (State Board) with the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment, International Human Rights Council.
Driven by purpose and people-first leadership, he continues to work towards empowering youth and strengthening communities across Odisha.
